The degree is offered as a 4-year full-time equivalent program (or up to 8 years part-time).
You can choose from five teaching pathways:
- Early Childhood / Primary
- Primary (with English specialisation and optional Science/Maths specialisations)

- Students begin by attempting the Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education (LANTITE) in their first year (a national requirement for future teachers in Australia).
- The degree is accredited by key professional bodies: NESA (NSW), QCT (Queensland), and for early childhood via ACECQA.
